The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Brett Williamson at 10:10
a.m. Motion by Magweb Chairperson Brett Williamson to approve minutes from
last meeting. Seconded by Daniel Davis; approved by voice vote.

NAGW Update
- Jay Crutchfield, East Region, has resigned from the NAGW board.
- Hotel rooms for the 2007 Conference are down to $139.
- GovQA CMS is now offering a discount rate to NAGW members. The National
Association of Government Webmasters has partnered with GovQA (www.govqa.com),
the leader in Citizen Request Management (CRM), to offer a 15
percent discount off the monthly fee of the GovQA CRM service
for NAGW members.
MAGWeb Meeting Attendance and Participation
- Ways to increase member attendance were discussed
- Survey of members to determine upcoming meeting topics
- Increasing outside support and partnerships with other groups
- Increasing speaking opportunities for vendors and industry leaders.
- Active recruiting of web professional s from more local governments.
Dan Davis will be contacting more cities in Missouri .
