Approval of Minutes

MAGWeb Site Redesign
Anthony would like a committee to help with redesign considerations including style, colors and layout. Susan Waters, Sarah Wilson and Katherine Williams volunteered to assist.
Hosting situation was discussed. Rich recommended hostmysite.com. Other hosting services mentioned were Primary Network, Crystaltech.net and TMD hosting.
The feature set for the new web site was discussed. Members would like the new site to be searchable and have a section for step-by-step tutorials.
Other requested features include:
- A blog
- A reworked membership form
- Ability to edit membership records
- A section for regularly featured contributors
- Possibly a list of 12 contributors who contribute once a year
NAGW Update
NAGW is attempting to establish a ride-share system for travel from airport to the conference site.
