New way determined to chair meetings
No one is able to commit for a full year as the new chair. Therefore, rotating
the chair position will be given a try. The first to
lead a MAGWeb session trying this new system will be Randy Ellis in January.
Kelli Behr will serve as secretary.
The next NAGW conference is in Reno, NV
Planning for the conference is proceeding well. Please relay any suggestions
for presentation topics. The event is scheduled for September 27 - 29, 2006.
Other business
The remainder of the meeting was spent solving members'
problems, including questions about Javascript, working from home using a remote
connection, suggestions on Web page design, and a simple animation substitute
for Flash called Swish (www.swishzone.com).
