Who is H.O.A.C.P.A.?

We are a group of law-enforcement officers and other professionals who are organized together for the purpose of promoting crime prevention throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. The Heart of America Crime Prevention Association (H.O.A.C.P.A.) celebrated its 20th birthday in June of 2002. Our group was created as a forum for local crime prevention practitioners to share ideas, information, and resources throughout the area. By bringing the various law enforcement departments and other organizations together, we are able to better serve our communities. The group meets every month to exchange ideas and other crime prevention related information. We are also involved each year with a display at the Kansas City Home Show in March. The yearly dues for membership are $20.00 per person from your organization. For more information about joining, click here.
